Kathleen's review - I remember when I found this book many years ago (my son's 38, so yes, about that long ago) - I loved it! Still do. It's wonderful black humour, and it's never too early to get your children laughing at the absurd. Be ready with an answer for why it's funny, and then talk about the book. This 40th Anniversary edition has a page at the back with ideas for that - very nicely done.
